PHMC Care Clinic
PHMC Care Clinic provides quality, community-based primary care to adults requiring specialized health care and social services. The PHMC Care Clinic opened in 1992 as a primary care and specialized health services clinic under the guidance of St. Joseph's Hospital in North Philadelphia. In 2005, St. Joseph's turned over the management of the clinic to Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC), a nonprofit, public health organization with more than 30 years of experience running direct service programs.
Our bilingual staff includes doctors, physician assistants, case managers, a medical assistant and treatment adherence counselors who strive to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care.
Same-day appointments available. Walk-ins are permitted. Minimal wait times for appointments.

Accepted health plans:
Aetna, HealthPartners, Keystone Mercy Health Plan, UnitedHealthcare, Medicaid and Medicare insurance plans are all accepted, with a sliding scale available for uninsured patients.

*On January 5, 2016, Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) learned of a potential breach of health information affecting some individuals who received health services at the Care Clinic.
